About the Author……
Jacqueline Thomas Rome was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. She is a married mother of one very special son. Though Jacqueline has written poetry and other short stories, she is most passionate about “Do I Have to Go to Church Today?” Being the daughter of a pastor and a child care professional for several years, she is well acquainted with the story’s main character, Jarvy, and is confident others will relate also. She now lives in North Carolina where she is a Certified Nursing Assistant. This is Jacqueline’s first book.
About the Illustrator……
Pamela L. Thomas, Jacqueline’s sister, also shares a passion for writing, with her first love being an illustrator and an artist. The mother of four adult sons, Pamela is currently a counselor for an alternative behavior facility for adolescent males and enjoys photography as well.
