Edward Dean Arnold, author, publisher, and entrepreneur, is a member of several creative-writing organizations, as well as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. (over 150,000 members worldwide). He was born in Eastern North Carolina and at the early age of nine he picked up a pen to write his first poem and hasn't stopped writing since. What Edward slowly began to realize was that writing had become a means of expressing himself. As a student, he decided early on that he liked the creative classes better than the more traditional courses he took while majoring in Economics. Edward won several art awards during his academic years, but always felt a stronger pull towards creative writing.

It was while attending East Carolina University in Greenville, NC that he became a contributing writer for the campus literary publication Expressions. It was the praise from students requesting more writings from the budding poet that was the catalyst for his first published work Soul Disclosure: Poetic Intimacies, an anthology of inspirational and intimate poetic writings that introduced the literary community to his soul-convicting writing style and spiritual love for the written word.

About his writing, Edward says "I want my work to have a positive impact on readers, and to do that I write from my heart and let my soul confirm it’s the right thing. You can always tell what is in someone’s heart by what they produce. I want to produce works that are positive and touches the depths of each reader."
