Soul Disclosure, a literary series, is for poets and short story writers who may not have full-length book manuscripts, but still a story to tell. Soul Disclosure is not a writing contest, submitting is free and never at anytime is one under any obligation to purchase books in order for their submission to be selected. Each author selected for the forthcoming edition below will at a minimum receive a free copy of the published title containing their work.
Books published are available in several formats: high quality, trade paperbacks, in hardcover, and as E-books. Published titles are distributed through Ingram, the largest book distributor in the world, and made available through over 25,000 book venues, such as Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million and many others.
Story Submissions
Our next edition of Soul Disclosure will feature true stories of how God has worked a miracle in your life or the life of someone you know. Your Soul Disclosure should first detail the problem or issue you were facing - whether in your marriage, your finances, your family, etc.
Remember to write a story instead of a sermon and include what you did to move closer to God during a troubling time. Did you pray? Fast? Consult your Pastor? Or find strength in a specific Bible verse? We want to know.
Conclude your story with how God answered your prayers in an unforgettable way. Let your story be an inspiration to others in a time where ones faith may be wavering.
HAVE AN INTERESTING STORY TO TELL? If so, we'd like to read it. Just make sure it meets our guidelines:
1) Stories must be original works written in first or third-person. Include dialogue so that your submission reads like a story.
2) Stories have a limitation of 400 words and must be in English.
3) Previously published work is acceptable.
4) Due to the large volume of submissions received, please do not ask us to acknowledge receipt of submissions nor report on the status of individual submissions.
5) Authors may submit only one story.
6) Submissions must be sent using the online form and must be completed in its entirety. You keep exclusive rights to your story and may submit to other publications.
7) You must include a title with your story and a theme, such as love, family, encouragement, loss, etc.
8) Do not send revisions unless they have been specifically requested by the editors.
9) No explicit language or content is ever allowed in any submission.
10) Make sure your story is free of grammatical errors before submitting.
Compensation: Our favorite story will appear as the first story in the book and the author of that story will receive $150.00; all other selections that appeal to our editors will be published and each author of said stories will receive one free copy upon publication.
Submission Deadline: March 28, 2007
When dealing with a publication of this magnitude that contains numerous authors, release dates may change at the editors discretion.
Note: Early submissions are encouraged. Deadlines are sometimes extended.

Poetry Submissions
We're looking for spiritually-based poetry that explores your special relationship with God. Submissions have no special requirements as to form or genre. Being that poetry is subjective, it is in our discretion to accept that which seems suitable for our publication. Any length will be considered; nevertheless we generally prefer poems between 10 and 35 lines. Please keep in mind that this is only a guideline; we will look at all work. We like serious poetry that is well-crafted and that which requires little to no editing. We are open to all styles, including some experimental.
READY TO SHARE YOUR POETRY? If so, we'd like to read it. Just make sure it meets our guidelines:
1) Submit your absolute best work.
2) No foul language or explicit content is ever allowed in submissions.
3) Previously published work is acceptable as long as it did not appear in a largely circulated magazine. You may submit only one single-spaced poem. Since we are selective, please send only your best work. We do not consider and will not respond to submissions made by email and fax, only via the submission form.
4) Do not send revisions unless they have been specifically requested by the editors.
5) Due to the large volume of submissions received, please do not ask us to acknowledge receipt of submissions nor report on the status of individual submissions.
6) You must include a title and theme with your poem.
7) Absolutely no reading fees are required and author is under no obligation to purchase books in order for their poem to be selected.
8) Make sure your poem is free of grammatical errors before submitting.
Compensation: One free copy upon publication.
