Dreams, Changes and Caviar Wishes, the sequel to Mrs. Doctor, is another novel loosely based on the author’s life. In this latest narrative, we find the main character, Cindy, entering new and important phases in her life. She is a perpetual dreamer, racing against time to realize those dreams while being forced to deal with many difficult issues, both in her native country Ghana and her adopted country America.
